A New Creation
Did Jesus die so we could go to heaven or so we could bring heaven to earth?The Resurrection was the Beginning of a Revolution

The First Century Christians:
“And when they could not find them, they dragged Jason and some of the brothers before the city authorities, shouting, “These men who have turned the world upside down have come here also,” (Acts 17:6, ESV)
“The Spirit of the Lord GOD is upon me, because the LORD has anointed me to bring good news to the poor; he has sent me to bind up the brokenhearted, to proclaim liberty to the captives, and the opening of the prison to those who are bound; to proclaim the year of the LORD’s favor, and the day of vengeance of our God; to comfort all who mourn; to grant to those who mourn in Zion— to give them a beautiful headdress instead of ashes, the oil of gladness instead of mourning, the garment of praise instead of a faint spirit; that they may be called oaks of righteousness, the planting of the LORD, that he may be glorified. At the CRUCIFIXION the powers that bound the world in corruption are overthrown.
RESURRECTION proves Jesus is, from now on, running the show!
Adam’s Dominion is Reestablished
“But when Christ had offered for all time a single sacrifice for sins, he sat down at the right hand of God, waiting from that time until his enemies should be made a footstool for his feet. For by a single offering he has perfected for all time those who are being sanctified.” (Hebrews 10:12-14, ESV)
“For he must reign until he has put all his enemies under his feet.” (1 Corinthians 15:25, ESV)
“And he put all things under his feet and gave him as head over all things to the church,” (Ephesians 1:22, ESV)
“You have given him dominion over the works of your hands; you have put all things under his feet,” (Psalms 8:6, ESV)
Jesus’ life, healing and deliverance ministry are prelude to the Church’s ministry
“For if, because of one man’s trespass, death reigned through that one man, much more will those who receive the abundance of grace and the free gift of righteousness reign in life through the one man Jesus Christ.” (Romans 5:17, ESV)
Reign — to be in control in an absolute manner, to control completely. (Louw and Nida)
“For the creation waits with eager longing for the revealing of the sons of God.” (Romans 8:19, ESV)
“And proclaim as you go, saying, ‘The kingdom of heaven is at hand.’ Heal the sick, raise the dead, cleanse lepers, cast out demons. You received without paying; give without

The Revolution is about God’s Kingdom being established on earth
“Your kingdom come, your will be done, on earth as it is in heaven.” (Matthew 6:10, ESV)
If we see ourselves as destroyers of the works of the devil, it instantly transforms the church.
“. . . The reason the Son of God appeared was to destroy the works of the devil.” (1 John 3:8b, ESV)
“Behold, I have given you authority to tread on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy, and nothing shall hurt you.” (Luke 10:19, ESV)
We are not just called to have meetings but to mobilize the Body to destroy the works of the enemy.
The Body of Christ is the extension of the purpose of Christ and not some boring substitute.
If we act on what we believe, people will come to church expecting miracles.
“If you abide in me, and my words abide in you, ask whatever you wish, and it will be done for you. By this my Father is glorified, that you bear much fruit and so prove to be my
disciples.” (John 15:7-8, ESV)
. . . Victory Life Family, Church and members — modern-day deliverers, what God put in your hearts maybe it’s been years ago. The deal is still ON and He will yet bring it to pass through you! . . . You are modern day deliverers. Acts 29 – kingdom sightings, testimonies, and I see it going viral, and I see it going all over, and I see a stirring of people’s hearts. This being a revival center where people come in and then they get filled up, and they get established, and it’s not just the word that is preached, it is a structure God set up here. It isapostolic. It has God’s favor over it. It has God’s pleasure over it. This is a prototype of what He wants to do throughout the nations. Greg Mohr, Jubilee 2015
